You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@helix.golf. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
