At HELIX GOLF, we take pride in the quality and performance of our golf bags. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.



⏱ Return Window


You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.


To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In its original packaging with all tags attached

• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation



🔁 Exchanges


Need a different color or model? We’re happy to help!

Email us at sales@helix.golf with your order number and exchange request, and our team will guide you through the process.



💰 Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.


Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.



📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@helix.golf. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right quickly.



❗ Final Sale Items


Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
