📦 Warranty Coverage

HELIX GOLF BAGS are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Hardware malfunctions (zippers, handles, wheels, etc.)

• Structural failures not resulting from misuse

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, abrasion)

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

• Damage from airline transit or shipping carriers

• Modifications or repairs not authorized by HELIX

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functional performance

🧾 Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

• Product must have been purchased directly from https://helix.golf or an authorized HELIX retailer

• You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

• The product must be within the 1-year warranty period

🔧 Submitting a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please email our Customer Service Team at sales@helix.golf with the following:

• Full name and contact information

• Order number or proof of purchase

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Our team will assess the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product with the same or comparable model, or

• Issue store credit if the original product is no longer available

🚫 Airline or Transit Damage

We are not responsible for damage caused during airline or third-party transportation. We recommend reporting such damage directly to the carrier or airline at the time of incident and filing a claim through their official channels.
